Birding Hike - Ayolane Halusky

Meeting Location: Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, 6400 N Oceanshore Blvd.

NOTE: $5 donation per vehicle at park entry

Difficulty Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Max No. People: 20

Suggested Gear: Dress for weather, Bring water and snacks, comfortable walking shoes.


WEDNESDAY 7:00 - 9:00 P.M.

Join naturalist, Ayolane Halusky, for an immersive experience with Florida's native owl species. As dusk falls, we'll embark on a guided walk around the State Park, where participants will have the opportunity to witness the resident owls awakening for the night. It's a unique chance to connect with these fascinating birds in their natural habitat, become educated on owl behavior, and learn techniques for spotting them in the wild.

  • Due to the limited capacity of these workshops, no refunds will be offered. Tickets are transferable.

    Florida's Birding & Photo Fest reserves the right to cancel an activity of the festival or substitute qualified presenters when necessary.  If we cancel an event for any reason, a full refund will be issued.  

    Should that unlikely occurrence become necessary you will be notified in as timely a manner as possible.
