ENTRY WINDOW:

March 1st, 2025 - April 11th, 2025​​​

CONTEST RULES

1. There is a $30 entry fee for the first two (2) entries, $20 for each additional entry. You may submit up to five (5) images total.

​

2. Images must be taken in Florida by the person submitting between March 1, 2024 April 11, 2025. Images should not have been previously published nor have been any level of winner of any previous photo contest. Images posted on social media are acceptable.

​

3. Select your original nature photographs and size them properly – at least 3000 pixels (or 10" at 300 pixels/inch) tall or wide, in jpg format and rgb or srgb color space, no larger than 25 mb. We accept black and white and color images. Do not send printed images. Do not add frames, borders, logos, watermarks, signatures, names, dates, or copyright symbols to the image, they will be disqualified.

4. Allowed image adjustments include: Removal of dust/water spots, exposure adjustment, color correction, removal of minor distracting objects, and cropping.

​

5. PLEASE UPLOAD ALL OF YOUR ENTRIES AT THE SAME TIME via the entry form below on or after March 1st.

6. All images will be judged on technical aspects such as exposure, composition, cropping, color, as well as content, influence and uniqueness by the professional photographers who are speakers at Florida's Photo Fest.

​

7. People’s Choice voting gallery will be displayed in the exhibit hall from April 23-26th. People's Choice voting will end at 1pm on April 26th. Contest winners will be announced at the close of our Keynote Reception.

​

8. By submitting images to this contest, you are agreeing to allow Florida's Photo Fest to use your image with appropriate photo credits. The winning image will be the the 2026 promotional image for the festival.
